She practices Immigration and Naturalization law, representing employers in their administrative petitions and applications to the Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, U.S. Department of State, U.S. Department of Labor and U.S. Embassies and Consulates abroad.

Prior to joining Haight Law Group, Ms. Clay was an associate at Gibson Dunn & Crutcher in San Francisco.
